Items needed to register

1. NMT Student ID Number

2. NMT Official Email Address

3. You will be required to enter the phonetic spelling of your name and to speak your name. Please use a device with a working microphone. If you need assistance with the phonetic spelling, there are free tools available online.

4. Individual photo for graduate slide. This should be a nice photo of only the graduate (no pets or family) wearing your cap & gown or professional business attire (no sunglasses). The photo should be recent and well-lit, taken straight on to the camera, without camera tip/angle (not buckled in your car), pose cropped to waist length or head and shoulders. All images should be Hi Resolution JPEG. Max. 7 MB. Minimum size 499 x 627 px. No scanned or watermarked/copyrighted images, please. Photos are subject to approval by NMT.
