• Keep the Background Simple
• Dress how you would when meeting a new client (or dress in cap and gown)
• Opt for basic hair and makeup

3. How to record and upload an audio file of you name pronunciation:

Record Audio:

1. Utilizing a device with a working microphone
2. Locate and press the ‘record’ text within the registration app (or often represented by a ‘red circle’ icon)
3. When the app actively begins recording, say your name (please ensure you pronounce your name clearly and at a readable pace)
4. When you finish pronouncing your name, hit the ‘Stop’ button (often represented by a ‘square’ icon).
